The Whimsical Stork, LLC was born along with a precious baby boy named Robert.  Julia Hall, the owner and founder of The Whimsical Stork, LLC, was delighted to receive a stork in her yard as a baby gift to celebrate Robert's birth.  A lawyer who always wanted to be an entrepreneur, Julia was looking for a way to supplement income that would be both professionally fulfilling and also allow her the flexibility to be at home with her two sons.  So after some research,  Julia and her longtime friend Emmy Jenkins headed to Starbucks to brainstorm with a sketch pad, and The Whimsical Stork was born!

 

As the business and Robert celebrated their first birthdays, both had done a lot of growing.  Robert was ready for walking shoes, and the business was ready for another mom to join in.  Julia was thrilled to begin working with her dear friend Marilee Belote, who is now handling all of the rentals in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.  Julia and Marilee met at a mom and baby group when their oldest children Jackson and Ashlyn were just weeks old.  Prior to having children, Marilee worked in fashion marketing.  Since becoming a stay-at-home mom, Marilee also wanted to find a way to supplement her income while still allowing her the flexibility to be at home with her children.  Marilee says "The Whimsical Stork has been such a blessing!  I am honored to be a part of such a wonderful celebration with each family and each precious new baby."
